The Shelbourne Dublin is one of the city's largest hotels and is also one of Ireland's most famous and popular venues. The Hotel is set right at the heart of Dublin looking out onto St Stephen's Green and has recently undergone a substantial refurbishment having changed hands and so it has altered dramatically while keeping firmly at its core a historic and luxurious charm.
It is approximately 30 minutes from the city's airport while on the doorstep there is much to see and discover. There are numerous shops and boutiques in the surrounding area, as well as various pubs, bars and restaurants. There is, of course, the famous Guinness Storehouse, Dublin Castle and several museums, while the east coast with its beaches is also not too far away.
